Denelle provides psychotherapy to children and adolescents within the Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County area.

Denelle believes that everybody deserves to receive support, and that no problem is too small—or too large—to work through in therapy. Denelle has considerable experience working with youth, individually and in a group format, in both private and school settings. Denelle is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, accepted, and ready to navigate life’s challenges. She knows that every individual has the ability to create positive change in their lives.

What works for one client may not work for another. Denelle works collaboratively with each client, ensuring therapy is tailored to fit their unique needs and goals. Some of the modalities Denelle draws on are Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. In addition, Denelle utilizes play- and art-based techniques with her younger clients.
