Sheila is a Registered Psychologist who provides psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children in the Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County, and Greater Edmonton areas. Her approach is gentle, empathetic, and client-centered.

Sheila has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She believes that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are intricately entwined. She helps clients manage troublesome thoughts and feelings by actively exploring core beliefs and evidence that supports those beliefs, recognizing thoughts that are not helpful, and recognizing truths that are helpful.
Sheila has also completed training in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). She is passionate about helping people overcome the effects of trauma, and gain skills that foster autonomy, trust, and healthy connection. Sheila genuinely loves helping people see and amplify the best in themselves.
