Denelle provides psychotherapy to children (ages 7+), adolescents, and adults in the Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and Parkland County area. With extensive experience supporting clients across the lifespan, she has worked in both private practice and school-based settings, offering care to individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. Her goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where people feel heard, accepted, and supported in their journey toward healing.

 

Believing in each person’s capacity for growth and lasting change, her approach is collaborative and tailored to the individual—honouring unique needs, values, and pace. Therapy draws from a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). With children, developmentally appropriate techniques such as play and art are used to support self-expression and engagement. Care is taken to respect each person’s identity, background, and lived experience.
